Sales Tax

REEVE HANDPAINTED TILE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Shipping, Delivery & Warranty

REEVE HANDPAINTED TILE ships merchandise to locations within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Customers are responsible for all customs and import duties. All items if in stock will be shipped in within 5 working days. If an item needs to be painted please allow 2 business weeks. If an item is received broken please contact us immediately and photograph the broken switch and packaging. We will replace the plate for you ASAP.

Return Policy

All items purchased from REEVE HANDPAINTED TILE can be returned within 60 days of shipment. Items must be returned in perfect condition for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping on returns. Please notify us prior to return so we can look for your package.
